Our client is a major Tier 1 supplier within the automotive industry with clients as BMW, VW, and Škoda.
They are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer who would be willing to step up to the role of Quality Manager.
Your main responsibility will include managing the customer, internal, and supplier quality engineers along with handling the Quality management system. The team has 6 engineers in total. You will report directly to the Plant Manager.
Requirements:
· 4 + years of experience with a position of Quality engineer in Tier 1 automotive company
· Fluent English
· Experience with internal and 3rd party audits
· Basic experience with coordinating a small team
· Willingness to step up into the management and learn new skills
